Existing files and technical support
If the enquiry concerns a file already requested, continue in its portal conversation. Include the request reference, the exact revision and the current vehicle configuration so the software history stays available.
This is especially useful when several vehicles or revisions are being handled at the same time. Keeping each follow-up with its original request reduces ambiguity and gives the technical discussion a clear reference.
